With heavy hearts we announce the passing of the glue and light of our family, Tommasina Pulice. Tommasina passed away peacefully at St. James Cottage Hospice surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Serra San Bruno, Calabria, Italy. Tommasina was a strong, selfless, loving and compassion­ate woman who lived for her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, nonna, and bis-nonna. She is reunited with her soulmate and husband of 62 years, Antonio Pulice. Left to mourn with loving memories are her children, Angelo (Denise), Nazzareno (Denise), Consolata (Tony) and Lucia (Walter). Her treasured grandchild­ren, Tiffany (Domenico), Thomas (Danielle), Leo, Michelle, Alicia, Kimberley (Marcello), Ryan, Lindsey, Amanda, Vanessa, Matteo, Nicole (Evan), Kyle and Jamie. Her precious greatgrand­children, Theo and Ciara. She will be dearly missed by her sisters and sisters-inlaw, brothers-in-law, along with countless nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at St. Francis of Assisi Parish, 2025 Napier Street in Vancouver, B.C. Entombment will follow at Ocean View Burial Park, 4000 Imperial Street in Burnaby, B.C. In lieu of flowers, donations to the BC Cancer Associatio­n would be appreciate­d.
