Greased lightning in HBO’s future

HBO is taking us back to the 1950s with the new show Grease: Rydell High. Based on the 1978 movie musical starring John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John, the show will feature new songs, some favourite characters and cover a range of high school topics, according to an Entertainment Tonight report Tuesday. Not much else has been revealed about the show, including stars, writers, directors or release date.
