AJ’S Brooklyn Pizza Joint

AJ and Theresa Caridi opened AJ’S Brooklyn Pizza Joint in the winter of 2017. AJ wanted to bring two things he loved most about Brooklyn to his new home in Vancouver: pizza and community. AJ spent a year learning how to make New York-style pizza and perfecting the recipes in his kitchen, while also working with his brother-in-law in New York in early 2017. AJ’S offers a variety of pizzas, including New York Pies, New York Sicilian Squares, Bar Pies & The Detroit Red Top. Follow us on social media!
