This version of Prawns Provençal was created by chefs Jean-francis and Alessandra Quaglia at their first restaurant, Provence Mediterran­ean Grill, more than 20 years ago. It has stuck on their menus ever since. Today, you can enjoy it at Provence Marinaside. And if you don’t feel like going out, you can also get it as a French Food Made Easy kit for takeout or track down their cookbook, New World Provence.
