Imagine my shock when I read the Get your back up with exercise article.

The caption under the article says “Although back-pain sufferers may want to lay low …” A person LIES low. We “lay” an object down. A person, or dog or cat, LIES down. Also in that line, back and pain do not need a hyphen.

I hope you publish this letter. While the lie/ lay thing is a common error, sadly, it is still a glaring one.
