NFL PROBING TITANS OUTBREAK
A Tennessee Titans player and coach tested positive for COVID-19 on Sunday morning, bringing the total number of positives in the organization to 18 — nine players and nine others — in the past week. There have been 20 positive results in all in the organization. The NFL and the NFL Players Association are investigating whether the team's personnel broke league protocols. The league and union are reported to have requested videotapes of team activities to try to understand how the outbreak occurred. Meanwhile, the New England Patriots were informed they will play the Chiefs in Kansas City at 4:05 p.m. today. The NFL postponed Sunday's game after Patriots quarterback Cam Newton tested positive for COVID-19. Followup tests and point of contact tests began on Saturday. Newton is out for Week 4 and probably Week 5.
