Emily in Paris starts filming

Production on season 2 of Netflix's romantic comedy Emily in Paris is underway, shooting in locales such as Paris and St. Tropez. The series, which hails from Sex and the City creator Darren Star, stars Lily Collins as a woman who moves from Chicago to Paris to work at her marketing firm's boutique agency. Netflix also announced that viewership for the show's first season, which premièred last October, reached 58 million households worldwide in its first 28 days, making it the streaming service's most popular comedy series of 2020.
