SPICE-RUBBED GRILLED CORN
Serves: 6
■ 1 tbsp (15 mL) canola oil
■ 2 tsp (10 mL) smoked paprika
■ 1 tsp (5 mL) chili powder
■ 1/2 tsp (2.5 mL) dry mustard
■ 1/2 tsp (2.5 mL) ground cumin
■ 6 cobs of corn, husked
1. Preheat natural gas barbecue on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
2. Combine oil, paprika, chili powder, dry mustard and cumin. Spread mixture over cobs of corn.
3. Grill corn, turning occasionally, until lightly browned, about 15-20 minutes.
