KW brokerage earns top honours in Canada
Coldwell Banker Peter Benninger Realty’s commercial office on Riverbend Drive in Kitchener, along with Broker Peter Benninger, have attained top honours for 2016, producing sales numbers that earned them first place out of all other Coldwell Banker Commercial Brokerages and sales professionals in the country.
In addition to being the number one sales professional in Canada, Benninger also ranked internationally, securing the number seven spot from among nearly 3,000 Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliated representatives in the organization.
“It’s always an honour to be recognized within the industry,” said Benninger of his big win when presented with the award at a recent global conference in Las Vegas. “But the real thrill is working with some of the finest organizations in this Region as our community evolves and becomes an even larger player on the world stage.”
Coldwell Banker Commercial Peter Benninger Realty also achieved the Commercial Elite Award, a distinction granted to the top 15 Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliated companies out of approximately 200 globally. This is the seventh year Peter Benninger Realty’s commercial company has achieved this designation.
Several sales representatives within the office were recognized as high ranking producers in 2016. Bill Halpenny received the Silver Circle of Distinction and Lester Tobin took home the Bronze Circle of Distinction.
