Activa – Trailside at Grey Silo Gate

With its spectacula­r location at the head of the Walter Bean Trail, Trailside at Grey Silo Gate is a welcome addition to the prestigiou­s Carriage Crossing community in east Waterloo. Activa’s Grand Opening event for the first of three 4-storey, 32-unit condominiu­m buildings to be located on Millennium Boulevard will be held Saturday, Nov. 11 from 1 to 5 p.m. at 2-243 Grey Silo Road in Waterloo.

Activa is currently selling Building ‘A’ with ground breaking scheduled for the spring of 2018. The Walnut and Oak are end unit models featuring expansive wraparound balconies. Prices for these suites ranges from $394,900 to $429,900 for approximat­ely 1,100 square feet. The Hickory is the largest layout at 1,363 square feet and is priced at $499,900.
