Praying for answers
Re: Canadian bishops risk losing credibility over papal apology — May 8
John Milloy, a former MPP and Liberal cabinet minister, appears to have presented a formula for healing on the topic of Indigenous peoples being wronged in the past. Apologies have been given over the years to the complicated nature of the situation but, obviously, they have not quelled the discontent.
We pray that all parties involved, clerical and Indigenous, will find a meaningful, sincere, healing answer to this burning question.
