- By Jane Pinzhoffer for The Record

The rich history of the land situated in Kitchener’s southwest area dates back to 1870. Today green spaces and golde¬n fields are the backdrop for a master-planned, over 160 acre community design that will offer residents finely crafted homes blended with winding trails, an expansive central park, a proposed new school, and future retail and dining establishments.
