Drugs, handgun found in storage unit

Suspected heroin, cocaine, a cocaine press and a handgun were found in a Kitchener storage unit, say police. Waterloo Regional police searched a unit on Ottawa Street South on Thursday as part of an investigation that led to the search of two homes in Cambridge earlier this week. Searches of the homes — one on Glenmorris Street and the other on Livingstone Crescent — turned up two loaded handguns, ammunition, a stun gun, bear spray, suspected fentanyl, carfentanil, meth and cocaine. Two men and one woman from Cambridge, are facing a number of drugs and weapons charges.
