Weddingbells (Toronto) - - WEDDING MARKET -

FROM DARCEE: Justin and I didn’t really have a specific theme, but more of a country- chic style. The colours we chose were shades of blue and burgundy, plus the many hues of fall, all accented with gold and lots of sparkle. We chose to hold our entire wedding at my family farm. Our cocktail bar was held in a field between the ceremony and tent location. We had different kinds of lawn games set up and a Caesar bar, and delicious canapés were passed around. The decor was absolutely perfect— it was exactly what I had imagined. The flowers were incredibly stunning— the arrangements were so full and unique. The wine barrels, slabs of wood, gold sparkles and antique pieces all just seemed to flow effortlessly. Our first dance was to Blake Shelton’s “Mine Would Be You.” We both fell in love with it and agreed the first time we heard it that this was the song for our first dance— simple as that!
