Ramen lovers find soup-slurping bliss at Ramen Koika (listed below). Here, the oodles of noodles are handmade in-house by chefs who studied the art in Japan, and the full-flavoured broth is made fresh daily. Bowls of soup range from the Tonkotsu Shio, with its classic pork broth and thin-cut noodles, to the popular shellfishstudded King’s Seafood ramen. Or go beyond the bowl with the addictive array of starters and small plates, like crispy panko-breaded prawns, handmade gyoza and stuffed baos. Get ready to slurp.—Jill Von Sprecken
