Premium vodkas tend to be distilled from potatoes rather than grain, and using the abundant local supply of good spuds, Schramm Vodka has already begun racking up awards for its smooth, pure taste. Schramm has now expanded its Pemberton Distillery offerings with several limited-run products like whiskey, gin, fruit-flavoured spirits, cocktail drink mixes, gourmet extracts, syrups and flavoured vodkas.

Following the immediate success of last year’s run, Schramm increased production of its vanilla-infused vodka, which is now available all winter long, with small batches being produced year-round. Instead of simply sweetening the vodka with artificial flavourings, Schramm Vanilla Vodka is made with hand-cured, organic vanilla beans from Costa Rica. The flavour of the beans is infused directly into the vodka for three weeks before the elixir is filtered and bottled.

Visitors are always welcome to stop by Schramm’s tasting room. During the winter, tastings are offered on Fridays and Saturdays from QRRQ XQWLO 6:00SP. )RU PRUH LQIR, YLVLW ZZZ.SHPEHUWRQGLVWLOOHUy.FRP.
