Celtic Remorse at the Mallard Lounge

-

Ski- out on Blackcomb Mountain and stroll a few steps to The Fairmont Chateau Whistler, where you can sip your Alpine warmer on a comfy couch inside the Mallard Lounge. The Celtic Remorse is either a hangover cure from the night before, or an Irish- themed start on your next one. A shot of espresso is paired with Bushmill’s Irish whiskey; the sweet honey, herbs and spices of Drambuie; and the orange flavours of Grand Marnier. The concoction doesn’t end there. Mix in BC Stout and a shot of Frangelico for a hint of hazelnut, and you have a coffee to put some heat in your belly. Could easing drinker’s remorse be any tastier? 1 oz. of Bushmill’s Irish whiskey 0.5 oz. of Grand Marnier 0.5 oz. Drambuie 1 shot of espresso Shake all ingredients in a martini glass. In a whip cream canister, combine a mix of BC Stout and 1 shot of Frangelico. With the nozzle in the drink, top the drink with a generous layer of the foam.
