What could be finer than an evening of elegant, social dining in a beautiful outdoor setting in Whistler Village? On August 28th, Whistler will host its first Diner En Blanc, or “white party” in a mysterious location. Just prior to the dinner, guests gather at a common meeting place and are led to the dinner location. Dressed in all white clothing, the guests enjoy a picnic- style dinner followed by dancing to live music. Araxi’s popular farm- to- table Longtable Series takes diners to either a scenic park setting, or right to the farmer’s field. Guests enjoy an exclusive, multi- course menu from Araxi’s Executive Chef James Walt, paired with fine wines selected by sommelier Samantha Rahn.
