Both of Whistler’s local breweries offer education along with their suds, so check out a brewery tour at The Brewhouse or the Whistler Brewing Company. Every Thursday and Saturday at 3pm, Derrick Franche, The Brewhouse’s Head Brewer, leads free tours of his in- house brewery. The tour takes about half an hour and includes a complimentary tasting. The Brewhouse is located in Village North, next to the Olympic Plaza. The Whistler Brewing Company conducts tours of their brewery, located in Function Junction, from Tuesday to Saturday at 2: 30pm and 4pm.
