SUPERFLY ZIPLINES

-

Also located at Cougar Mountain, The Adventure Group’s Superfly Ziplines lives up to its name in more ways than one. At over one kilometre, these are the longest tandem ziplines in Canada, giving me ample time to appreciate the beauty and wonder of sailing through the clouds – literally! I had a blast zipping around on Whistler’s only backcountry lines, and I was able to race with my friend as every single line is operated in tandem. The ability to partner up and zip at the same time makes Superfly a perfect choice, if you have little ones (or big ones!) who are reluctant about stepping off of the platform and into the sky. Ziplining in Whistler is not for the faint-hearted but is not to be missed! Superfly’s minimum age is 7 years, and must weigh at least 27kgs (60lbs), no more than 114kgs (250lbs). For both of The Adventure Group adventures visit superflyziplines.com or call 604-932-0647.

After a few days soaring through the air in and around Whistler, I am hooked on the heart-stopping thrills and the jawdropping views! Grab yourself a harness and get up into the sky – you won’t regret it.
