FIVE RINGS OF FUN THINGS

-

A legacy of the 2010 Winter Olympic Games, the facilities at Whistler Olympic Plaza offer countless opportunities for events, activities and a whole lot of fun within the village. It’s a great place for families, with free ice skating, entertainment and fun activities to try. Whistler’s Family Après is a great way to entertain the young ones, with an ever-changing list of different outdoor activities like tobogganing, mini hockey, storytelling, music, games and much more. Every Monday and Wednesday throughout the winter at Whistler Olympic Plaza, all Family Après activities are free of charge and everyone is welcome! Whistler Olympic Plaza’s outdoor playground has slides, swings, ladders and all sorts of things to climb, crawl around or play with. Fitting with its surroundings, the playground resembles an elaborate treehouse, and is regularly teeming with smiling, playful kids! Feel like lacing up your skates? The outdoor skating rink at Whistler Olympic Plaza is a great place to glide in the fresh air. The rink is open daily from 11:00 am-2:00 pm, 3:00 pm-5:30 pm and 6:30 pm-9:00 pm from Dec. 13 to April 6, weather permitting. Skate rentals and helmets are available on site.
