Located in the Crystal Lodge, the wine bar and restaurant is a taste of New York right here in Whistler, and it’s been garnering rave reviews since it opened. The restaurant is a showcase for the Salumeria/Cold Kitchen concept, which features a variety of cured meats – house-made, regional and internatio­nal; cheeses from various regions around the world; and carefully crafted meat and fish main dishes, all paired with B.C.’s finest wines as well as a superior selection of internatio­nal labels. The restaurant’s centerpiec­e is a hand-cranked flywheel slicer that requires no electricit­y. Guests can sit at the bar and watch their charcuteri­e and cheese platters being prepared, adding a special touch to the dining experience.
