The Grill & Vine is often known for its artisan hearthston­e pizza and breads. But Executive Chef Brad Cumming also does masterful meats. Most of the product comes from Two Rivers Specialty Meats, a pioneering purveyor of fine local meats that are free of antibiotic­s, hormones and chemical additives.
