BAR OSO

-

Opened in the fall of 2015, Bar Oso – “oso” meaning “bear” in Spanish, in homage to Whistler’s wildlife – offers a profusion of Spanish-influenced small plates and a wide range of tapas drawn from Araxi Restaurant Executive Chef James Walt’s international repertoire with house-made charcuterie, handcrafted cocktails and inspired wines. The long, convivial bar has become a popular gathering place. Araxi’s renowned Restaurant Director Neil Henderson, along with Chef Walt, oversee all aspects of the operation at Bar Oso, ensuring guests continue to enjoy the long-held international reputation for excellence in food, wine and hospitality that Araxi guests have come to expect. Open daily 11:30 am – late. Call 604-962-4540, or visit baroso.ca.
