Fire & Ice Show (Dec. 18 – March 26): Every Sunday night, plus special added dates. Spend your evening with family and friends with free live entertainment! Who can resist fireworks and fire spinners — especially when snowflakes fill the air! Kokanee Valley Race Series (Dec. 15, Jan. 5 – March 23): The Kokanee Valley Race Series is held on select Thursdays throughout the season. The series is open to skiers, telemarkers and snowboarders, with different gender and age divisions. No racing experience is required to join in on the fun of recreational racing. Park Rider Ski and Snowboard Sessions (Dec. 18 – March 5): Select dates. Open to skiers and snowboarders of all ages, Park Rider Sessions feature slopestyle, rail jams and halfpipe competitions. King of the Rail presented by Showcase (Dec. 21; Dec. 28; Jan. 4): The King of the Rail is a series of rail jam contests at 6:00 p.m. at the base of Whistler Mountain next to the Fitzsimmons Chair. Categories for snowboarders and skiers, males and females, adults and youth. All participants have a chance to win fantastic draw prizes from Showcase, Quiksilver, Roxy and DC.
