Bar Oso — “oso” meaning “bear” in Spanish, in homage to Whistler’s wildlife — offers a profusion of Spanish-influenced small plates and a wide range of tapas drawn from Araxi Restaurant Executive Chef James Walt’s international repertoire with house-made charcuterie, handcrafted cocktails and inspired wines. The long, convivial bar has become a popular gathering place.
