Coast Outdoors P’ayakentsut Cross Country Ski Event (Feb. 23): Be at Whistler Olympic Park at 10 a.m. for the Coast Outdoors P’ayakentsut. This freestyle loppet on 15-, 30- or 50-km courses covers old-growth forest and world-class racing trails. It is the largest loppet in B.C., with thousands in giveaways and prizes! The P’ayak Mini, a 5-km loppet for children aged 5 to 12, starts at 1 p.m. Visit payak.ca. BMW IBSF World Championships 2019 (Feb. 25 – March 10): Come out to the Whistler Sliding Centre to see the world’s best bobsleigh and skeleton athletes when they slide for world titles!
