The Loner

Wild - - HINTERLAND WHO’S WHO -

You might be finished dinner and thinking about sugar cookies for dessert when you realize your Cousin Rochelle is still parked on the sofa, reading Harry Potter. After unwrapping presents galore, she might need a little time on her own.

If your cousin were a Canadian animal, she’d be a Wolverine. Wolverines often live on their own, far away from humans and houses. However they don’t stay in one place; these mammals love adventure! Males have ranges up to 100 km2, while females prefer to stick closer to home base — usually in a 1,500 km2 radius.
