Hear ye, hear ye!!! Could there be anything louder than the call of a Cicada? Doubtful! The sound of their call is just as loud as a chainsaw. But they don’t use their wind pipes to make their call heard — they use their stomachs! Yup. Their abdomens are what makes all that racket!
