The vehicle, an older-model white GMC van, was stolen after being loaded up with equipment, including an army-green Honda 250 cc four-wheeler with no muffler as well as compressors and welding equipment.

Police recovered the van in Amherstburg, where it was found in a church parking lot in the 9000 block of County Road 41. The stolen items were not recovered.
