Sally Ann offers help for holidays

-

The Salvation Army says it won’t have to look far this holiday season for families in need of help.

The group is seeking applications from families who need help this Christmas.

Salvation Army officials say they are expecting heavy turnout because of a high food bank demand in recent months.

Last year more than 5,000 people received help over Christmas.

To register for assistance, visit 355 Church St. at the Park Street entrance from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Nov. 29 and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 30.
