Netflix circles Kiss biopic

Netflix is reportedly closing in on a deal for a Kiss biopic from director Joachim Ronning. Shout It Out Loud, which has the backing of band founders Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons, will focus on their unlikely friendship in Queens, New York, which led them to forming Kiss with guitarist Ace Frehley and drummer Peter Criss. Ronning will adapt the film from a script written by Ole Sanders and W. Blake Herron.
