BEARS’ QB TRUBISKY TO START VERSUS RAMS
CHICAGO — Bears quarterback Mitch Trubisky is set to return Sunday night against the Rams at Soldier Field after completing his third straight practice Friday.
Trubisky missed the last two games with a right shoulder injury he suffered Nov. 18 against the Vikings. The Bears went 1-1 with backup quarterback Chase Daniel, beating the Lions and losing to the Giants.
Trubisky resumed throwing late last week and practiced in full all three days this week. He returns at the right time, as the Bears must try to keep pace with a Rams team averaging 34.9 points.
