INSIDE THE GAME
There’s no doubt where this game will be won, and we said it off the top. Whoever starts under centre for the Lions will have to show the ability to hit their receivers and move the sticks. The Lions are last in the CFL in passing yards per game (185), attempts (78) and completions (53), and have the fewest passing touchdowns (2) and passing first downs (21). One thing that could change under a Travis Lulay offence is the reduction in quarterback runs, and, by extension, sacks. B.C. has given up 11 sacks on the year, but several of those have been on scrambles by Jennings, which won’t happen with a recovering Lulay in the pocket.
