MAP TO THE STARS
While you probably don’t give a fig about the Kardashians, Justin Bieber, Drake or the like, chances are your children or grandchildren do. So up your pop culture cred and take a drive through Calabasas, the wealthy L.A. suburb made infamous by the aforementioned Kardashian clan on their reality series. For its part, Calabasas is a quiet hood littered with gated communities and McMansions, inside which dwell musicians, celebrities, yet more reality TV stars and even the fictional Ray Donovan. If that wasn’t enough, the area’s notoriety shot up a notch this past spring when rapper Kanye West (hubby to Kim Kardashian) designed a sportswear collection with Adidas emblazoned with the burb’s name on it.
