In June, CARP’s vice-pres­i­dent of ad­vo­cacy Wanda Mor­ris (sec­ond from right) and di­rec­tor of gov­ern­ment re­la­tions Marissa Semkiw (far right) trav­elled to Par­lia­ment Hill to dis­cuss se­niors is­sues with Tyler Mered­ith from the PMO’s of­fice (far left). There was a knock at the door and, to every­one’s sur­prise, in walked Prime Min­is­ter Justin Trudeau, who pro­ceeded to sit down and join the meet­ing.
