MEXICANSTYLE CORN

Ingredients 4 ears fresh corn, boiled or grilled 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 tsp minced garlic Juice of ½ lime 2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese Roasted seaweed flakes to taste
Method
• Mix mayonnaise with garlic and lime juice and spread 1 tbsp on each ear of hot cooked corn. • Sprinkle with feta cheese and roasted seaweed flakes.
