Walmart offers important health services, including glucose screenings, diabetes consultations, a vision centre (with eye exams, affordable prescription glasses and lenses) and medication reviews.

PANTRY

When it comes to healthy eating, we’ve got what you need. Walmart has groceries for fresh, healthy meals and snacks, and diabetes-friendly pantry items like glucose control shakes and low or no sugar treats.

FITNESS AND WELLNESS

Diabetes Canada says that being physically active and maintaining healthy coping practices and strategies are key areas of diabetes management and self-care. At Walmart, we have that covered, too. PHARMACY

As you navigate your diabetes, you will have questions and concerns related to your prescriptions or symptoms. Our professional and personable pharmacists are here to address any and all of the questions. You may be surprised to know that many of our pharmacists are specially trained as Certified Diabetes Educators. You can also take advantage of text refill reminders, blister packaging, and in some locations, prescription delivery. Our pharmacy also has all the overthecounter diabetes care product including blood sugar monitoring systems, compression stockings and diabetes log books, neuropathic creams, vitamins and more.
