A former deputy editor of Patagon Journal and reporter for El Mercurio, Ignacio Palma is an outdoors enthusiast who has done bike touring in New Zealand and the Carretera Austral, backpacking on numerous trails in Tasmania and Patagonia, snowboarding in the Rocky Mountains, kayaking in the Aysen fjords, and mountaineering at the Southern Patagonia Ice Fields.
