ROCÍOGONZÁLEZ

Rocío González is the executive director of Futaleufú Riverkeeper. She is originally from Puerto Montt and has lived in Futaleufú with her family for seven years. With Futakeeper, among various other initiatives, she has worked on the Futaleufú Sin Represas campaign that resulted in ENDESA'S renunciation of its water rights on the Futaleufú River and started the first Communitybased Water Monitoring Program in the area.
