Darío Podesta is a biologist and wildlife photographer based in Puerto Madryn, Argentina, where he also works at the research center Centro Nacional Patagónico (CENPAT). His photography in Patagonia and South America is published in diverse books and magazines. He has won several international photo contests, including three awards from the Wildlife Photographer of the Year contest of the Natural History Museum in London.

Darío Podesta es un biólogo y fotógrafo de vida silvestre con sede en Puerto Madryn, Argentina, donde también trabaja en el Centro Nacional Patagónico (CENPAT). Sus fotografías de la Patagonia y Sudamérica han sido publicada en diversos libros y revistas. Ha ganado varios concursos fotográficos internacionales, incluidos tres premios del concurso Wildlife Photographer of the Year del Museo de Historia Natural de Londres.
