Di­rect flight to Lon­don to launch at end of May

The Hubei Branch of China South­ern Air­lines and the Bri­tish Con­sulate Gen­eral in Wuhan held a con­fer­ence on March 22 to pro­mote the new di­rect flight route from Wuhan to Lon­don.

Start­ing on May 30, China South­ern Air­lines will fly three times a week­from Wuhan non-stop to Lon­don on Mon­days, Wed­nes­days and Fri­days. The flights de­part from Wuhan at 2:25 P.M. and ar­rive in Lon­don at 6:45 P.M. lo­cal time. The re­turn flights de­part from Lon­don at 10:10 P.M. lo­cal time and ar­rive in Wuhan at 3:35 P.M. the next day.

China South­ern Air­lines is cur­rently of­fer­ing a deal for a round trip ticket: prices for econ­omy class start­ing from RMB 780 and busi­ness class from RMB 11,800. Cus­tomers can pur­chase the spe­cial tick­ets on the "China South­ern Air­lines" mo­bile app.

As well, China South­ern Air­lines will launch a route from Wuhan to Osaka, Ja­pan, on March 28. In May, the com­pany will launch a di­rect air route from Wuhan to Ho Chi Minh, Viet­nam, and from Wuhan to Phuket Is­land, Thai­land.
