Direct flight to London to launch at end of May
The Hubei Branch of China Southern Airlines and the British Consulate General in Wuhan held a conference on March 22 to promote the new direct flight route from Wuhan to London.
Starting on May 30, China Southern Airlines will fly three times a weekfrom Wuhan non-stop to London on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The flights depart from Wuhan at 2:25 P.M. and arrive in London at 6:45 P.M. local time. The return flights depart from London at 10:10 P.M. local time and arrive in Wuhan at 3:35 P.M. the next day.
China Southern Airlines is currently offering a deal for a round trip ticket: prices for economy class starting from RMB 780 and business class from RMB 11,800. Customers can purchase the special tickets on the "China Southern Airlines" mobile app.
As well, China Southern Airlines will launch a route from Wuhan to Osaka, Japan, on March 28. In May, the company will launch a direct air route from Wuhan to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, and from Wuhan to Phuket Island, Thailand.
