Zall Group forges global com­modi­ties trad­ing plat­form

Zall Group an­nounced on March 21that the com­pany, in co­op­er­a­tion with in­sti­tu­tions like Sin­ga­pore Ex­change (SGX) and Sin­ga­pore's Global eTrade Ser­vices (GeTS), will es­tab­lish a joint ven­ture in Sin­ga­pore and launch a global in­tel­li­gent trade plat­form Com­modi­ties In­tel­li­gence Cen­ter (CIC).

This is the first time that a Chi­nese com­pany has par­tic­i­pated in the con­struc­tion and op­er­a­tion of a global B2B trade plat­form.

Ac­cord­ing to the co­op­er­a­tion agree­ment, CIC will be mainly deal­ing in the build­ing and op­er­a­tion of an on­line global trade plat­form, pro­vid­ing ser­vices like trans­ac­tion match­ing, trans­ac­tion fi­nanc­ing, sup­ply chain and lo­gis­tics ser­vices, global reg­u­la­tory com­pli­ance ser­vice, trade data and in­dexes.

The up­com­ing CIC plat­form will en­able do­mes­tic B2B cus­tomers to ac­cess the in­ter­na­tional mar­ket, on which Chi­nese goods can be pre­sented and de­liv­ered di­rectly to in­ter­na­tional cus­tomers.
