China Au­to­mo­bile and Mo­tor­cy­cle Sports As­sem­bly revs up for Oc­to­ber

The first China Au­to­mo­bile and Mo­tor­cy­cle Sports As­sem­bly, a large in­ter­na­tional auto sports event, will be held at the Wuhan Sports Cen­ter from Oc­to­ber 2 to 7. Lo­cals will have a chance to ex­pe­ri­ence the "Fast & Furious" live show.

It will be the largest auto race of the high­est level in China, cov­er­ing the most events, and will be held over five con­sec­u­tive years in Wuhan, from 2018 to 2022.

There are three ma­jor di­vi­sions: com­pet­i­tive, per­form­ing, and cul­tural events. In to­tal there will be seven com­pe­ti­tions, in­clud­ing the World Tour­ing Car Cham­pi­onship, China Tour­ing Car Cham­pi­onship, FIA F4 Chi­nese Cham­pi­onship, China Truck Rac­ing Cham­pi­onship, China GT Cham­pi­onship, China En­durance Cham­pi­onship, and China Drift Cham­pi­onship. Per­for­mances will in­clude the FIM Freestyle MX World Cham­pi­onship, China Mon­ster Truck Show and car stunts. There will also be cul­tural events, ex­hi­bi­tions of vin­tage and sports cars, and a mu­sic fes­ti­val.

The six-day com­pe­ti­tion pro­gram has been re­leased, and tick­ets will be avail­able at the be­gin­ning of Septem­ber.
