The 4th China (In­ter­na­tional) Com­mer­cial Aero­space Fo­rum

The 4th China (In­ter­na­tional) Com­mer­cial Aero­space Fo­rum will be held in Wuhan from Septem­ber 26 through 28, 2018. Cov­er­ing an area of more than 5,000 square me­ters, the fo­rum will in­clude an ex­hi­bi­tion on the theme of the world's com­mer­cial aero­space achieve­ments. The ex­hi­bi­tion will dis­play the over­all lat­est achieve­ments of com­mer­cial aero­space tech­nol­ogy, prod­ucts and in­dus­tries at home and abroad, with a fo­cus on com­mer­cial carry-and-launch ser­vices, satel­lite de­vel­op­ment and pro­duc­tion, space in­for­ma­tion ap­pli­ca­tion, up­stream and down­stream col­lab­o­ra­tion, and fi­nanc­ing. Ex­perts from lead­ing en­ter­prises, re­search in­sti­tutes, uni­ver­si­ties, or­ga­ni­za­tions and the in­vest­ment and fi­nanc­ing fields will par­tic­i­pate.

22 Sept. Life in Color Elec­tronic Mu­sic Fes­ti­val

At 2:30 p.m. on Septem­ber 22, the Life in Color Elec­tronic Mu­sic Fes­ti­val will make its first ap­pear­ance in Wuhan. It will be held at Gar­den Expo Park's South Square.

Orig­i­nat­ing from the par­ties on the Univer­sity of Florida cam­pus, and after 10 years' of de­vel­op­ment, Life in Color has now be­come a trendy in­ter­na­tional mu­sic event. Out­side the United States, Life in Color has trav­eled to more than 40 coun­tries, on five con­ti­nents, at­tract­ing at least 500,000 peo­ple a year. Un­like the typ­i­cal mu­sic fes­ti­vals, Life in Color, with its high power elec­tronic mu­sic stage, has added "color" el­e­ments rep­re­sent­ing dif­fer­ent personalities. The paint in six col­ors (orange, yel­low, pink, blue, green and pur­ple that in­di­cate dif­fer­ent personalities and moods) is sprayed out from the 25 to 30-me­ter-high stage onto the clothes of the at­ten­dees, bring­ing a unique stage ex­pe­ri­ence for the par­tic­i­pants.

2-7 Oct. China au­to­mo­bile and mo­tor­cy­cle sports assem­bly

From Oc­to­ber 2to Oc­to­ber 7, the 2018 China au­to­mo­bile and mo­tor­cy­cle sports assem­bly will be held in the Wuhan Eco­nomic and Tech­no­log­i­cal De­vel­op­ment Zone ( WEDZ). The sports meet­ing con­sists of three parts, namely, au­to­mo­bile and mo­tor­cy­cle rac­ing, au­to­mo­bile and mo­tor­cy­cle per­for­mances and as­so­ci­ated cul­tural ac­tiv­i­ties. The au­to­mo­bile and mo­tor­cy­cle race will con­sist of seven events, the World Tour­ing Car Cup (WTCR), China Tour­ing Car Cup (CTCC), FIA F4 Cham­pi­onship, China Truck Open, China Su­per­car Cham­pi­onship (China GT), China Au­to­mo­bile En­durance Cham­pi­onship (CEC), and the China Drift Cham­pi­onship (CDC).

21-24 Sept. Decoding Yuan dy­nasty blue and white porce­lain

From Septem­ber 21 to 24, "Desert Trav­eler — The 1st China Yuan Dy­nasty Blue and White Porce­lain Ex­hi­bi­tion and Ap­praisals" will be held in the bou­tique hall on the third floor of Xudong An­tique Mar­ket. Zhang Qingyu, an ex­pert of Yuan dy­nasty blue and white porce­lain, and his team will con­duct the on-site ap­praisals and give lec­tures.

There will be the ex­hi­bi­tion of both the whole-body Yuan dy­nasty blue and white porce­lain and a num­ber of typ­i­cal sam­ples of porce­lain pieces. The ex­hi­bi­tion will con­sist of four sec­tions: au­then­tic Yuan dy­nasty blue and white porce­lain, im­i­ta­tions of Yuan dy­nasty blue and white porce­lain, frag­ments of au­then­tic Yuan dy­nasty blue and white porce­lain, and ex­pe­ri­ence with Yuan dy­nasty blue and white porce­lain.

24-7 Aug.-Oct. Fa­mous French Film Poster Ex­hi­bi­tion

From Au­gust 24 through Oc­to­ber 7, the Fa­mous French Film Poster De­sign­ers' Ex­hi­bi­tion is be­ing held at the Art Ex­hi­bi­tion Hall of Wuhan Tiandi's Hori­zon Shop­ping Cen­ter, and it is free to the pub­lic. More than 20 col­lected film posters in the Toulouse Film Ar­chive are on dis­play for the first time in Wuhan, in­clud­ing the posters of the award-win­ning films from the Cannes Film Fes­ti­val, Venice Film Fes­ti­val and Ber­lin In­ter­na­tional Film Fes­ti­val. The posters on dis­play were cre­ated from the 1930s to the 1990s and have recorded the changes of French vis­ual art through the chang­ing of col­ors, char­ac­ters, graph­ics and spe­cial ef­fects.
