The Components of Warehousing Adaptive Automatic Execution System and Its Operation Mechanism

Abstract:The storage system is divided into four types according to the main technical means used to support the storage operation,namely the manual,infomatization,automatic,and smart ones. The warehouse adaptive automatic execution system is proposed,which is an intelligent warehouse operation system with hierarchical control,information feedback and coordinated control operation mechanism. By introducing the load capacity of the storage system as a limiting condition,the ability of the work elements is coordinated during the assignment of the work tasks to ensure that the system automatically completes the work tasks while having the ability to adapt to changes in the environment and changes in the health of the equipment. The method implemented is to merge or decompose the job tasks to generate task particles. The task particles are sorted by time to form a task queue and transmitted to the task coordination system. When the task coordination system executes the task queue,the task queue of the task queue is cut. The task is assigned to the equipment control system to complete,forming a micro-flow of a specified cycle;the warehouse operation process is the execution process of multiple micro- processes,and the execution sequence of multiple micro-processes can be combined to realize optimal job scheduling.
