Transformation of Provincial Spatial Agglomeration of the Logistics Industry under the New Normal State
——A Comparative Study Based on Logistics A-level Enterprises ZHANG Shu-sheng
（Shanxi University of Finance and Economics，Taiyuan，Shanxi030006，China）Abstract：Under the new normal state，the strategic role of the logistics industry in the national economy has become more prominent with the development of intelligent logistics. Based on the latest logistics A- level enterprises data，using the 20082016 year logistics industrial agglomeration indices and spatial correlation coefficient based on the indices，the author studies the spatial pattern of the logistics A-level enterprises，the provincial logistics industrial agglomeration，and the spatial correlation. It is found that the spatial pattern of A-level enterprises is consistent with the economic development of all the individual provinces. However，there is a complex contradiction between the provincial logistics industrial agglomeration and the spatial pattern of the A-level enterprises & the economic development of each province. In general，the logistics industry agglomeration of Shanghai and Liaoning are clear；the logistics industrial agglomeration indices of the four leading economic provinces (Jiangsu，Zhejiang， Guangdong，and Shandong) are underestimated，and the logistics industrial agglomeration indices of Shanxi，Inner Mongolia and Heilongjiang et al are overestimated，and all of the two groups have logistics industrial agglomeration；and according to the location entropy of the industrial value of Guizhou，there also exists logistics industry agglomeration. These contradictory phenomena fully reflect the limitations of the statistical analysis of industrial agglomeration. At present，there are three different kinds of driving forces，or also we can say three different kinds of power，for the development trend of the logistics industry： traditional industrial factors，modern science and technological factors，and regional advantage factors. The dynamic changes of them will have impact on logistic enterprises’spatial pattern and the industrial agglomeration pattern in different provinces in eastern，central，and western regions.
