Abstract:From the perspective of supply chain vulnerability, based on the six dimensions of policy change, price fluctuation, supply and demand change, conflict of interest, information blockage and logistics constraints, the authors construct the analysis framework, basic hypothesis and corresponding measurement on the influencing factors of the Cross- border Agrifood Supply Chains vulnerability. Meanwhile, based on the investigation on core enterprises of Cross-border Agri-food Supply Chains facing ASEAN in five representative provinces and regions in east, central and west of China, such as Shandong, Guangdong,Henan,Guangxi and Yunnan. So the Structural Equation Model is used to demonstrate the influencing factors of Cross- border Agri- food Supply Chains vulnerability. the results show that external factors such as policy changes, price fluctuations, changes in supply and demand, and internal factors such as conflicts of interest, information blockage, and logistics constraints all have a significant impact on the Cross-border Agri-food Supply Chains vulnerability. We should, first, strengthen the searching and judging of market information, perfect related mechanism, institute, and platform, and relieve and avoid the impact of external factors on Cross-border Agri-food Supply Chains vulnerability;second,we should accelerate strengthening the internal areas of weakness, eliminate the fence of interests and the inherent conflict;and third,we should accelerate related information connectivity and coordinated operation, and improve the capability for information sharing and resources distribution.
