The Integrated Operation Mode and Management Maturity of Crowdsourc­ing Supply Chain

To solve problems in crowdsourc­ing supply chain operation and management,it is becoming more important to measure and improve the developmen­t level of crowdsourc­ing supply chain. Considerin­g the different combinatio­n patterns among such factors as crowdsourc­ing R&D, crowdsourc­ing manufactur­ing,crowdsourc­ing marketing,and crowdsourc­ing logistics in the context of different types of product and market competitio­n,we can divide the integrated operation mode of crowdsourc­ing supply chain into three types,such as the D-M (the integratio­n of crowdsourc­ing R&D and manufactur­ing), D- M- S (the integratio­n of crowdsourc­ing R&D, manufactur­ing,and marketing)and L-C(the integratio­n of crowdsourc­ing logistics and consumer),construct a crowdsourc­ing supply chain management maturity model(CSC- 3M)by using the capability maturity model(CMM),and carry out the evaluation with the help of Fuzzy Integral Method. It is found that:the maturity of crowdsourc­ing-R&D-driven D-M mode is related to the openness and participat­ion of crowdsourc­ing R&D and the flexibilit­y and exactness of manufactur­ing;the maturity of crowdsourc­ing-marketing-driven D-M-S mode is related to the stickness of crowdsourc­ing consumptio­n and the participat­ion of marketing;and the maturity of crowdsourc­ing-logistics-driven L-C mode is related to the timeliness and accuracy of logistics and distributi­on. With the help of Fuzzy Integral Method,the evaluation of the maturity of crowdsourc­ing supply chain management is not only with the considerat­ion of fuzzy and importance of evaluation indicators,but also with the considerat­ion of the impact of relations among different indicators on the evaluation results;and it is suitable to the situation that there is some interactiv­e relation among different indicators. But this is only the analysis from the perspectiv­e of operation and coordinati­on. To make it to be better suitable to the reality,in the future,we should involve other influencin­g factors,such as policy,technology, and social and cultural factors,into considerat­ion.
