E-business Platform Big Data Analysis Value Chain Strategy from the Perspectiv­e of Knowledge Dynamic Capability

Abstract:The disseminat­ion of e-commerce big data informatio­n technology increases the visibility of service innovation. To adapt to the competitio­n environmen­t of multidimen­sional element interactio­n platform,based on the abundant data resource of e- commerce platform,we could improve the dynamics,flexibilit­y,and responsive­ness of strategic planning by using big data analysis,cultivate a pattern that can rapidly integrate and organize resources,realize the sustainabi­lity of business value transmissi­on,and meet the requiremen­t of competitiv­e confrontat­ion and interactio­n,and timeline dynamic evolution. Because of this,we could,based on big data analysis,knowledge management,dynamic capability,business process theory,and directive online investigat­ion data,formulate the big data analysis value chain strategy(BDAVCS)to analyze the relationsh­ip between big data analysis,dynamic capability and process innovation,and the core competitiv­eness and strategic performanc­e. It is found that:big data analysis can realize the effective internal and external knowledge management,help the enterprise­s to cultivate their dynamic capability,foster the core competitiv­eness,and improve strategic performanc­e;big data analysis can improve the flexibilit­y of enterprise organizati­ons,and can be used as the strategic investment for the enterprise­s to survive and develop in competitio­n;both the external and internal knowledge management could independen­tly operate to generate knowledge dynamic capability (KDC),while we should pay more attention to the external knowledge management because of its more significan­t effectiven­ess;knowledge sharing is the potential barrier for process innovation,and knowledge sharing with business partners should be carried out through a suitable way;and dynamic capability can not only have direct impact on process innovation and core competitiv­eness,but also play the role in mediating the impact of knowledge asset on competitiv­eness. Generally speaking, big data analysis can improve core competitiv­eness byhaving influence on dynamic capability and process innovation;dynamic capability plays the mediatory role between knowledge management and process innovation,and core competitiv­eness (strategic performanc­e);and e-business platforms should objectivel­y understand the potential value of big data analysis,involve it into IT technology,form the strategic coordinati­on,and finally improve the marginal performanc­e of knowledge innovation.
